Seaspray is a company that offers the expertise of three directors Don Barclay, Tony Creswick and Peter Macgregor, who have had considerable expertise in all facets of the development industry.

Don Barclay was a founding director of Barclay Brothers, a name synonymous with building in Queensland and elsewhere in the Pacific Region.  

Tony Creswick has actively participated in residential, commercial and industrial projects in Brisbane whilst also managing a legal practice specialising in litigation.

Peter Macgregor is a solicitor who specialised in Town Planning law with a specific interest in masterplanned and ecologically sustainable developments in coastal areas.



The three Directors recognized the natural beauty of the Seaspray lands, a series of undulating hills which overlook the many islands off the Capricorn Coast, known as the Keppel Group of Islands, of which Great Keppel Island is part of.

Utilising their experience Don, Tony and Peter set about to develop a set of goals and objectives to ensure a spectacular but sensitive master planned mixed use residential development.  

The Directors have collectively or individually had hands on experience in the planning and development of other coastal master planned communities such as Seaside and Casuarina Beach on the Tweed Coast, Kawana Estates on the Sunshine Coast and Sunrise and other developments in Mackay.

A major objective was to keep Seaspray as a family orientated development managed by a small group of like minded but well credentialed people.  



Both Zel Creswick and Leonie Macgregor are actively involved in Seaspray working closely with the marketing and interior design teams.

Seaspray runs a number of support businesses which provides a beating heart to the Seaspray development.   These businesses interlink to provide a cohesive mix of services to residents and owners in Seaspray and to the wider Capricorn Coast, Rockhampton and Central Queensland region.
 
The Seaspray businesses employ and train young people from Yeppoon, Emu Park, Rockhampton and across Central Queensland giving them a sense of identity against the backdrop of a family orientated team with a common set of goals.

The Seaspray Team has grown to include people actively involved in sales, finance, marketing, design and construction as well as managing the:

• Seaspray Resort,
• Coco’s Restaurant and Function Centre,
• The Rec Club,

Justin Loomans, a local Rockhampton identity, and former NRL player, leads the Team.

It is the attention to detail of the Seaspray Team at every level that sets Seaspray apart from other developments on the Capricorn Coast.  The pride that comes with wearing the Seaspray shirt ensures the local region is well publicised to visitors and tourists as a first class destination and liveable community.
